Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Hostmargin (operated by Bi Enterprises), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and how cancellations are processed.
1. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all shared web hosting plans for new customers. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
- The 30-day period begins from the date of account activation.
- The guarantee applies only to the first-time purchase of a hosting plan.
- Renewals, upgrades, and add-ons are not covered under the money-back guarantee.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers
- SSL Certificates (once issued)
- Reseller Hosting plans
- VPS and Dedicated Server plans
- Professional services (server administration, website migration, WordPress management, etc.)
- Setup fees and one-time service charges
- Any service that has been partially or fully consumed
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Hostmargin in the following situations:
- Accidental duplicate purchases made within 48 hours
- Billing errors attributable to Hostmargin
No pro-rata refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.
4. Cancellation Process
To cancel a service or request a refund, you must:
- Log in to your Hostmargin Client Area.
- Submit a cancellation request through the Billing Department.
- Include your account details, service name, and the reason for cancellation.
Cancellations via phone or email are not accepted. All requests must be submitted through the client area ticketing system.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
- Transaction fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
- Refunds to international cards or PayPal may take up to 21 business days.
6. Service Suspension & Termination
Hostmargin reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund in the event of:
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Abusive or illegal activity
- Chargebacks or payment disputes raised by the customer
- Non-payment of outstanding invoices
7. Disputes & Escalations
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, you may escalate the matter by writing to mail@hostmargin.com with the subject line "Refund Escalation — [Your Ticket ID]".
