Any unauthorized use of accounts or computers by a HOSTMARGIN customer, whether or not the attacked account or computer belongs to HOSTMARGIN, will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings, account suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, depending on the seriousness of the attack. HOSTMARGIN will strongly react to any use or attempted use of an Internet account or computer without the owner’s authorization. Such attempts include “Internet scamming” (tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password robbery and so on.
We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms without first having the installation approved by the HOSTMARGIN Support Team. Most chat rooms tend to be large system hogs and we cannot allow it as an account option.

All plans have a set allotment of Bandwidth available for use. Any bandwidth usage that is over the limit of the monthly allotment will be charged according to the terms that are set forth in the order form. Unused bandwidth may not roll over to the following month.

As part of the hosting plans, a domain registration service can be obtained. Please review our domain registration agreement and uniform domain name dispute resolution policy set forth by ICANN. It is the customer’s responsibility to check these agreements on a regular basis.
HOSTMARGIN will on occasion register a domain name for a customer as part of the service rendered. This domain name is the property of HOSTMARGIN until the first year of paid service is completed. At this point, the customer may opt to transfer the domain name into his name. HOSTMARGIN will assess a charge per domain name registered after the first domain with our paid service. Further, HOSTMARGIN will assess a charge for accounts terminated before the first year is completed. This is to cover the expense of registering the domain name for the customer. Domain transfer is not available after the expiry of the domain, in those case you need to renew it here itself.
Any account that excessively uses the server resources may be temporarily stopped to provide optimal server resources for other users. If any account is found to be affecting server performance for a prolonged period of time, it may be disabled/Suspend/Terminate the account without any notice and we will report it to the concerned person through ticket.
The ticket will be valid for 12 Hrs only. If the person did not make a return contact on the ticket within the time the account will be terminated without any notice.
Also, if the users want to rectify the error, we will unsuspend it for 1Hr and with the time the user should rectify the error and inform us back. Cancellation of contract payments is subject to one-month fee of contract agreement.

HOSTMARGIN shall not be liable for any claims resulting from the corruption or deletion, of any website or data in HOSTMARGIN’s servers.
HOSTMARGIN shall not be responsible for any delay resulting directly or indirectly from natural disasters such as fire, shortages of facilities, acts of civil or military authority, catastrophes, or any other circumstances beyond HOSTMARGIN’s reasonable control. In case this happens, the customers will have to make arrangements with HOSTMARGIN to defer the service to a mutually agreed date and time.
All complaints will be investigated promptly. In the event that an account is being investigated, HOSTMARGIN reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the account(s) in question. We will deactivate the customer’s account(s) if HOSTMARGIN policy are not followed.
